This is a family owned business that puts the employees and families first. The owner is makes a point to visit all areas of the company to connect with the employees. In the past year we have established core values that we strive to conduct business and live by. So many good things happening at Infomax!

Infomax is a very good place to work, I am planning on retiring from Infomax. Every place of employment has cons, but they are all relative. I wish I was paid more, I wish we accrued more PTO, I wish the insurance was cheaper. Those are things that I can live with because the pros outweigh the cons.

Great place for work life balance. many opportunities to travel the state for the company and be back at home at night and weekends.

Company is in flux, trying new business models and not successful without matching compensation plan for the goals they are trying to reach. Owner is living in his 30,000 foot view of things without the leadership ability to get the goals done. Have tried 3 different consultants to tell him what to do. Placing an executive team of egotistical micro mangers to guide the ship. Owner wants to reach a goal that has not been attainable for 6 years so he can retire.
