Good Company Culture, pay is a little low

Pay is little low and projects are slow

As long as you stay with them they pay minimum salary they have it in H1B. Most of people here work for End clients through Prime vendors. So Infomerica takes 20-30% cut and supposed to pay rest to employee but they only pay what is in H1B and pay rest as Bonus. They also keep buffer of 20k to 30k and try to lock employees. As soon as they plan to leave they will give execuse and not pay that.

Infomerica Inc is a very very bad company. They find immigrants to work for them and sponsor H1B with employees own cost. They file H1B with minimum pay possible and only pay that as salary. The employees find job with clients on hourly basis and infomerica takes 20 to 30% cut. So for example if client pays $70. Infomerica keeps $14-21 and supposed to pay employee $46-39 but on H1B they have only 60K per annum so they only $30 per hour and give rest as bonus. They always keep bonus in their hands and as soon as employees wants to leave company they will withhold that money giving some excuses. As bonus is not compulsory according to NC laws. They are very very fradulant company. Please research before joining this company. Prime vendors please dont go with Them
