Relaxed environment. Modest lunch per diem when in office. Reasonable per diem when traveling.

Cons

Arduous travel schedule. (Heavy emphasis on this point.) Training is largely self-guided and mentorship is minimal. Low probability of advancement and an unclear path to achieve it.
