Pros
Good products - employees are given the opportunity to add input and learn their trade. A decent bunch of people - most employees are competent in their position. Great location - away from the hustle and bustle of central London.
Cons
The company is unwilling to spend money even on basic business processes, such as marketing. Salary - people are paid below market value. Micro-management structures. Very few benefits - all benefits given had to be pushed for. Social aspects purely company run.
