- management is resistant to change - management likes to be overly positive ( not in a good way) - Mid management likes to ‘delegate’ away their responsibilities

Flexible. Nice office. Good people. Headquarters in the UK, but they are great with US based employees.

Cons

Not unlimited PTO. Things slip through cracks because the company is huge

True corporate structure where it takes time to get approved for anything, management doesnt listen to their team
