You will never get your salary and the boss thinks you are his slave - Senior Manager InfraWebSoft Technologies Employee Review

WRONG, Salary gets late not for 1-2 days but 3-4 months. Its already November Month passed and still lots of employees have not been paid since SEPTEMBER month. Boss says that he don't have funds. If he don't have funds then why he is hiring new people with big salaries? Why there are 3 - 3 HR who do nothing except clicking selfies, Gossips, Politics and online shopping. Why they have been creating fiascos? How the company will pay to new employees if it can't afford the salary of old employees. Projects have been delivered on time. Even I have delivered three Mobile app projects worth for $8500 each. Management is making excuses. No matters what issues they have. Each employee must be paid on time because we are living far from our family and home and we have our own expenses. If the employees could support the organisation at its bad time then it should be responsibility of the management to take care of each employee.

Only gossips and politics. Nothing more than that.

I never worked with a better company even in Chennai, Boss is highly technical and understanding, Supports everyone's a lot, I saw only boss who treats employees as colleges and thinks himself as employee too. Policies are friendly, salary hikes are great and very quick appraisals , Abundance to learn lot of top clients and Projects, never saw more secure environment for girls if they get late HR ensures to get them dropped and even Boss helps ladies and respects everyone as friend and colleagues. LOVING IT... TILL NOW

I don't see any Cons but yes sometimes salaries get late 1-2 days but thats because i believe projects were late.
