- Hyper focused micro management (get ready to have an up-to-the minute time sheet). - Lack of vision and leadership. - Lack of competitive benefits. - Extreme favoritism towards legacy employees. - Sales engineering is handled by "engineering staff" while account managers get commission and are allowed to go to events mean while the engineers are provided no recognition"
