Pros

- Good team - Fully remote - Provide all top equipment - Enterprise level clients (Most famous sport clubs and leagues) - Complex and wide spread project - Yearly bonus - Increase salary on 3% - 5% to cover inflation - Personal and family insurance

Cons

- Almost no opportunity to grow up in salary and in title - Top management and CEO and plans changing each year - No consistency in plans

- awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

Cons

They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off
