The food is really good, there were employee meals on the regular. The location is stunning in the IDS center with a steady clientele.
Cons
Bad management. I ended up hustling and doing the most work while being mocked for it. There was a bag of cocaine left out and it most likely belonged to someone who runs the place I’ll leave it at that. I had to clean that bag up and was uncomfortable doing so. I told my boss and they went and told everyone I had a problem with crack. I couldn’t even drink at the time and still don’t drink alcohol. I later found out this individual had a large cocaine habit and would use at work. Yet they called me an addict.
Boss’s friends specifically were moved up and they weren’t qualified. BOH leadership was terrible. I found myself in the dish pit because someone being paid vastly more than the rest of the crew couldn’t figure out how to get dishes done. Dishwashers kept quitting.
This same individual decided to put an extremely hot tray by the dish pit one day knowing I would grab it to wash because nobody else was doing the dishes and I burnt my hand bad. They proceeded to tell me to not touch their trays as an insult to mess with me. Absolutely horrendous behavior that could’ve got me severe burns. That’s how they treat people who pick up their slack.
