We are very much in a period of change, working closely with our managers to support them with the right Information and tools to do their role.
Open and honest 2-way communication is a key focus area for the organisation as well as breaking down barriers and stopping silo working. It is a journey and we are not there yet, but we are taking steps to try to address these areas.
Additionally, we have started to focus on personal development and implemented a new online development tool to help further employees development. We also have a week dedicated to learning each quarter. Continual development should help provide employees with more opportunities for progression.
The introduction of our Culture Champions, giving our employees a voice and forum to be heard, seems to be working well. Some great ideas, initiatives and changes are being driven by this group to try and make Ingenico a better place to work.
