1. The projects are only contracts 2. Some of the projects I have worked on have been not handled correctly on the client's end. (But if it got too bad I was moved to a new project quickly by Ingenium)

Good pay, okay benefits, and they work hard to keep you employed. I would definitely recommend them as an employer.

Could be more open about contract negotiations.
