      Pros

      Decent hours, and a flexible schedule. It's usually pretty easy work. If you're going to school it is a really good place to work.

      Cons

      No benefits even though you work full time hours. Not really enough pay to support yourself let alone a family. Moving up in the company is easy but the jobs aren't worth the hassle.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
