      Pros

      The people I worked with were great! My market manager would do anything to help you out. I always received 40 plus hours every week and I always got requested time off. Would have been market manager if I would've stayed.

      Cons

      Tried for a year to switch to morning shift,before my wife had a job I was told they'd work around here schedule if she got a job,once my wife gained employment they did the total opposite and gave me a choice for her to work or for me to work. I quit because of that

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
