      Pros

      Days were always easy. Never had to think about work after I left the office. Best perk is you get every Friday off.

      Cons

      The CEO is very emotional. Always hot and cold - never know what you're walking into. Bases business decisions on emotions which never turns out well. High turn over due to her erratic behavior.

CEO is enthusiastic, optimistic, and able to react to business situations quickly. Emotions are standard for creative CEOs.
