      Cons

      The company is a dinosaur at it relates to technology and safety. The goals are unrealistic and the training is horrible. Think twice and do your research (fully) before accepting an offer from this company. I would not recommend this company.

      Pros

      Hours are great management doesn’t stand over your shoulders, work is not hard by any means.

      Cons

      Company just merged and is still sorting things out, pay isn’t really caught up to the market value “yet” hopefully that changes.
