      Pros

      Pay and benefits were fine, the intention to serve underrepresented groups is there, and they keep their promises for bonuses.

      Cons

      They are the defintition of burn out culture. So much so, they had to "restructure" the ICCC cohorts that were offered. The micromanagement is next level and I wasn't the only person to experience this.

      Your often given a lot of projects to balance, but it is pretty doable with good time management
