      - Generally lovely people - Most directors have welfare of juniors in mind - Some great clients and campaigns

      Cons

      - Most accounts have a real lack of pushback on client demands, e.g., same-day turnarounds (a general symptom of healthcare/med comms these days) - Next to none real in-house training or support for external training programmes - Real heavy workload at times and unspoken expectation of working unsociable hours

      Pros

      You're never bored - there is always something new going on. Fellow coworkers are great, they care about the work and are kind and efficient.

      Cons

      Pay feels low compared to the market. I feel cared about by my coworkers and direct supervisors, but not by the company as a whole (it's too big to care about you).
