Pros
Good for an entry level position while trying to accomplish something else, such as going to school. Standards for getting hired are very low, as long as you can pass a background and drug test.
Cons
Pay is very low for all positions across the board. Executive management seems to be out of touch with the daily life of the front-line employees. Demands grow and become new everyday without motivation for achieving them. No focus on continuous development. When promotions do occur it is trial by fire, but you are held to the same standards as if you have been doing job for years. Due to the demand for filling seats and ease to get hired, workplace culture can be very "ratchet." There is no way to earn a raise, and management has made it very clear that they feel money doesn't motivate people, recognition does.
