      Pros

      Get to travel and see places from a view most others will never experience.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for a day to day schedule. The office definitely plays favorites. Benefits are the worse. They’ll hire just about anyone off the street it seems, came across several people on different boats involving themselves in things they shouldn’t have been, even after they’ve been fired for said activities only to be rehired.

      really good company to work for, good pay... list goes on and on. would definitely recommend inland marine

      inland is a extremely small company...I feel like they need to expand and work towards becoming a bigger company.but other than that have nothing negative to say.been with them for a little while.and I love where I'm at work,literally couldn't be happier
