      Pros

      It is a young company full of new talents with a lot of potential to become a very impactful and big business. It has a very well structured communication and opinions are always listened to. It's work environment is one of the best qualities it has, added to its flexibility and goal-oriented leadership.

      Not a con. Could benefit from having team building sessions

      Pros

      Good pay Good communication with coordinators

      Cons

      Rostering can be frustrating, at times being removed from shifts last minute or shifts being changed. Favouritism can be an issue in rostering.

      You have to bring your own laptop, wages are not a point of discussion, little probability of growth within the company, hierarchy is not clear
