Owner offers industry specific education that adds to your pay as you complete online courses. They pay an hourly base plus bonus that increases as you complete the education courses and learn new skills. She does promote from within which is nice. Management opportunities etc. She also buys lunch every Friday and offers benefits like Aflac and company matched IRA. Also some other perks. I got laid off when covid shut everything down and just didn’t return after that because I had a baby and now am a stay at home mom.
Cons
A lot of dogs come there and some days it is so crazy especially if they are short staffed. Once you clock in you can’t leave the property until you clock out at the end of your shift even to run across the street to the gas station to get a coke or whatever.
