Blames new managers for old managers mistakes, Does not give correction when doing something wrong, just punishes you with no warning, expects Management to give up all personal and family time, Does not pay out accrued Vacation, Does not follow through. Makes many false promises to managers upon hiring, Does not pay most employees enough to make ends meet, and example of this is paying maintenance $18.00/hr when the going rate in the area is $26/hr. Discriminates against male workers.
