Pros

Great co-workers, Cares about hourly employees, great benefits, awesome health insurance.

Cons

Does not care about Management Team, Terminates without probable cause, Terminates without giving paperwork or reason for Termination (This only applies to Management it seems). Blames new managers for old managers mistakes, Does not give correction when doing something wrong, just punishes you with no warning, expects Management to give up all personal and family time, Does not pay out accrued Vacation, Does not follow through. Makes many false promises to managers upon hiring, Does not pay most employees enough to make ends meet, and example of this is paying maintenance $18.00/hr when the going rate in the area is $26/hr. Discriminates against male workers.
