Pros

Having visibility into how the organization operates, it’s clear there’s a genuine effort to build something sustainable and people-focused. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and continuing to improve systems as the company grows. The team is engaged and cares about the work, which creates a positive day-to-day environment. There’s also a willingness to listen to feedback and adjust, which isn’t always the case in growing organizations. Work-life balance is great overall, with standard 8–5 weekday hours that leave nights and weekends open for family time. There are still areas being refined, as expected with growth, but overall the direction is thoughtful and the foundation being built is strong.

Cons

As with any growing organization, there are still some processes being refined, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity or shifting priorities.

Pros

The children and the culture

Cons

My biggest complaint is advertising full-time positions while only paying "billable hours" but also requiring employees to be available 8-4. That is just absurd. $20 starting pay is actually only about $1500-$1800 monthly.
