Good Entry-level Job, not for Advanced Workers - Customer Success InnoSoft Fusion Employee Review

Pros

- Great way to get your feet wet in the tech industry if looking for your first job after graduation. - Collaborative Team that's fun to meet and work with, both inside and outside the office. - Clients are engaged, and excited to use Fusion for their business operations. - Good office locations in both London and Waterloo. - Office snacks and Lunch and Learns

Cons

- Not a long-term (i.e. over 2-3 years) career by any means. - Lower employee salaries than industry average. - Frequent turnover of employees once they hit their three to five years mark (often due to lack of growth). - Recognition and Management positions are clique-based, rather than results-based. - Stuck in their own bubble, and development is reactive rather than proactive or innovative. - Management will very likely NOT work in the same office as you. - Strong favourability towards American-based employees and clients, over our Canadian employees and clients. - Sales team over-promises what the Project Management, Implementation, and Support teams are able to provide. - Worst of all, and this is confirmed by fellow veteran employees who've left, as soon as you inquire about a possibility of a salary increase, you are marked as someone they'll want to get rid of, immediately. You'll be a public enemy and taken off of projects you were working on. The Management will have their plans for you, and you are unable to influence or discuss those plans in any way.
