Not core fund accounting Shift timings are not healthy. Work from office is highly recommended, as lack of co-ordination among our team is highly visible when we meet once in few months. Be prepared to listen terms like out of box thinking,learn system,etc from expert analysts which is not at all related to accounting Expert analysts are biased Team meeting discussions sound like warnings Year end conversations are not one on one they are 2 on 1 with expert analyst and manager in the same call. Expert analysts can have work allocation like all others in the team and manager can lead whole team Group system has to be removed
