      Great work experience. Gets you used to working under deadlines. Were very accommodating when comes to scheduling work hours and time off. Great work atmosphere

      Can wear many hats; lots of encouragement to propose ideas and projects.

      Mobility upwards is very slow, the company overall trends to trend on the older side, very little young talent.
