      Junk food is supplies monthly

      Cons

      Micromanaging staff and not abusive environment. Heavily locked down computers hinder daily tasks. Stressful!

      Pros

      Great benefits and perks (birthday off, good holiday allowance, private healthcare to name a few). Really lovely people, super supportive and friendly. No hierarchy - a real feel of equality across all departments and levels of seniority. Understanding and friendly management. Lots of social events to get involved in.
