Pros
Executives truly seem to exhibit an “employee-first” mentality. You have an opportunity to own your work, and will not be pigeonholed into a single role. This allows you to get widespread experience in many areas.
Cons
Resources on base are less than desirable. This is largely outside of Innova’s control. Unfortunately, this can make doing your job harder than it needs to be. If your role requires you to work on a DoD network, you will need to be creative with coming up with workarounds to navigate around the many technical limitations.
