Pros
The salary and work/life balance good but does not make up for the horrible culture and lack of proper training. HR good but will not address upper management issues.
Cons
Upper management not actively involved except to belittle you and drive bottom line. Horrible training and support for directors unless you are part of the "mean girls" club that the CEO approves.
