      Pros

      Pay always in time, great colleagues. There are trainings that are often happening that are fun and interesting to attend. Also good benefits system.

      Cons

      No performance review without request (you need to request it yourself). You need to track down your working time (but it's probably in a lot of out staffing companies).

      Innovecs is a really amazing company with great perks, good career opportunities, friendly people around, and excellent corporate culture. I love it!

      Work from home and the base salary was where I wanted it. Flexible work hours. Decent PTO

      Cons

      No health insurance for US employees - They reimburse you. No sales processes No CRM, or at least one that you can do your job with Communication is horrendous There's no leadership in the Company CEO clueless about sales
