The lead manipulation is embarrassing. Reports compiled through Salesforce showing leadflow were leaked showing that management was funneling all of the companies new leads to Ohio, then Texas and allowing them to have first pick of leads.(mainly ohio) they lied, disabled reports, and only after it becoming impossible to ignore they later admitted it was a problem. but their willful ignorance and slowness to fix the problem makes it seem like they are reluctant to let the dumpster fire that is Ohio burn out. even with all the new leads for the company they still cant sell food to a starving man. Salesforce is so broken and it almost appears they want it to stay that way so they can take advantage of the fact that leads pile up in buckets and they can do what they want with them. also special lead channels and campaigns for special reps
