Pros

For the most part the company cares for its people. The owners are generally good guys who care about their employees. They have decent benefits and good equipment. Their vehicle maintenance is outstanding. Their warehouse workers are excellent.

Cons

If not assigned a route, which most people are not, start and end times can vary drastically. Usually don't know the next days start time until the afternoon before. Never know the end time because you are required to call in when done with stops and usually there is something to pick up to bring back. Often run 12-14 hours. Payment is based on a salary. They will not pay overtime until after 48 hours, and then not time and a half. They say salary pay is to keep a consistent payment during slow times, but a pessimist, which I am, believes it's to avoid having to pay time and a half after 40 hours. Since I averaged 50 - 60 hours per week there was quite a disparity in pay.

Pros

Inontime is a company that genuinely lives out its values. Leadership is accessible, supportive, and invested in doing things the right way, both for customers and for team members. There is a strong sense of ownership and pride across the organization, especially as an employee-owned company. The culture is collaborative and people-focused. Team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and contribute ideas, and those ideas are taken seriously. There is a real service mindset here. People step in to help each other, whether that’s across departments or in challenging situations. Inontime invests in its people through competitive pay, solid benefits, and a work environment built on respect and trust. Communication is open, and leadership makes an effort to keep everyone informed and aligned. The company also does a great job supporting work that matters, from safety and customer service to community involvement. If you are looking for a place where you are treated like a person, not a number, and where long-term relationships matter, Inontime is a great place to work.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be busy seasons and moments where things move fast. That said, leadership is transparent about challenges and works hard to support the team through them.

Pros

Local and home most nights. Good dispatchers, good manager.

Cons

No time and a half on overtime. Overtime starts after 90 hours in a 2 week period. Low starting pay, low overtime pay. Just low pay in general.
