Pros

- Ability to pivot, given the size, is impressive - People here want to put their best foot forward and they truly do care about the output of their work - Managers here know how to admit to their mistakes and will own up to it, inspiring to see and drives trust amongst teams - Most people are able to work from home and still deliver their best work - Trust between managers and reports is strong - WLB is well respected and is a shared mantra amongst almost everyone - The potential of Inpixon's product as a whole is incredibly powerful and exciting. Plenty of room for people to contribute, especially for developers. The opportunities available to leave a mark and buildup skillsets for the next job is there for the taking, so long as they are willing to find and carve out their own space. - You will meet people here who will be lifelong friends.

Cons

- Direction of the company is hard to keep up with because of acquisitions - The possibilities of some products is undervalued and not given the attention it needs to really grow - Some people expect more than they are willing to offer

Pros

There's no point in discussing this.

Cons

If you're working for a company recently acquired by Inpixon, I advise you to read the employee agreement carefully. You are likely going to be laid off. In my case, my more than 25 years of employment -- half of my life -- counted for nothing. The severance package they offered was laughable. I can only describe the last year as hell. I believe they were trying to "quietly fire" me, making my life so miserable that I'd resign on my own. I could not make sense of what was happening, and I went to HR on two different occasions. Inpixon seems to stay in business because of its acquisition and then the sale of companies. An insider warned me early on, but the first couple of years seemed to go smoothly, so I ignored this advice. So now I'm warning you. Talk to an employment lawyer before you sign anything.
