As a smaller manufacturer, we sometimes have to create our own selling tools, but the company allows us to do that which is great.

Strong product offering, great relationships within the design community, and a team that genuinely works hard to support clients and projects. There is strong potential when the company invests in the right people, tools, and market strategy.

Communication and internal alignment could be stronger, especially between leadership, sales, operations, and project support. At times, changing priorities and limited resources can make it difficult for teams to execute as effectively as they could.
