Pros
The location is ideal being in downtown St Pete.
Cons
The job, the management, the culture, the building
Pros
I couldn't recommend a better place to start your roots. The culture is excellent, and management is supportive and willing to take in feedback and ideas to make the business better. There's a nice work-life balance and the work is satisfactory, every achievement feels like it is making a difference in the company. Even though I've moved to full-time to part-time as I move my career to the next chapter, I'll always be rooting for ISS's success.
Cons
There are other companies offering more competitive pay, but there are still decent benefits.
Pros
Nothing, management just pretends to be nice. They hire everyone.
Cons
This role is not a sales role. It’s telemarketing. As someone who has been in tech sales for a while, I know what drives success long term and this role isn’t it. You are calling leads their clients give you, begging for a meeting. No prospecting training, nothing. Sure the cold calling training isn’t half bad but these skills cannot be built upon elsewhere. This role is also a sales sweatshop. They micromanage everything from tracking how often you are off camera. Onboarding is 5+ hour a day camera on zoom call for 2 weeks lol. Not worth 40k at all smh. This company also cheap as heck. They pretend to care about you when something is going on but they are just happy they don’t have to pay you when you have something going on.
