The Account Coordination department has an impressive training program for new hires and promotes continuous learning and growth through workload coverage plans, train-the trainer opportunities, strategic project delivery teaming and beyond.
The managers make every effort to create dynamic sales partnerships that align skillset with business needs. Should an unfavorable pairing arise, managers are swift to support a resolution to ensure a better experience both internally and externally.
