      You get to work from home

      Cons

      Management will micromanage and complain you hardly get any task done. Pay is below industry standard and you're expected to wear many hats cos it's a startup. The health benefits barely cover anything.

      CEO micromanages you CEO is sets unrealistic expectations CEO has poor communication skills Company has one of the fastest employee churn rates I've ever seen CEO most times doesn't have a clear direction for where he wants things to go and instead expects you to automatically KNOW what he wants without clear communication Toxic work environment,
