Pros

Really nice people who work hard and are passionate about what they do. Professional trusted management team. Will listen to new ways - everyone is very respectful of their co workers, their skills and knowledge. Everything I've seen tells me that the opportunities are there for everyone, you just have to stick your head above the parapet. I can honestly say that I've never been at a business where diversity and inclusion are often talked about, but also lived day to day. That's sometimes challenging in a small business, but they certainly take this and their culture very seriously.

Cons

Its a growing business, its not perfect, but that is where the opportunities lie. Car parking in the Peterborough office is a pain.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The company has built a genuinely supportive and inclusive culture where people are valued and encouraged to succeed. It’s clear that the business puts real effort into looking after its employees, whether that’s through professional development opportunities or day-to-day support. There are also plenty of social events throughout the year, which makes it easy to connect with colleagues and feel part of a wider team. It creates a great balance between work and social interaction, and helps build strong working relationships. On top of that, salaries are competitive and reflect the value the company places on its people. Overall, it’s a workplace where you feel appreciated, well-supported, and truly part of the team.

Cons

none that I can think off
