      Pros

      Even with the upheaval in the Clin Ops group during my tenure, it is a great company and salary/benefits are above standard.

      Cons

      Poor Sr. Mgmt communication and leadership during my tenure. I believe this has been fixed now.

      - Will is a motivating CEO - No company I’ve been at puts patients first in real, tangible ways like Insmed - Great benefits - Great colleagues

      Cons

      - Understaffed. It’s a grind and people are burning out but afraid to say anything - Severely outdated processes create a drag on hiring and efficiency
