Pros

I love my team Relaxed atmosphere Easy Job for additional income...daytime driver, with short hours (if you can get them) 1 FREE COOKIE allowance Happy Customers

Cons

Terrible night-time pay for Drivers. You get $8 a hr as a driver for WAITING in the store until a delivery is needed. Then you are paid a whopping $5 a hr for being out delivering, wearing your car out and you can keep the tips. Well at $5 HR Not per delivery, mostly Credit card orders, the max tip i saw was $3 And the NORM is 1.99-2.00, equaling out 7-8 bucks..wow! Now, I can imagine if your store is busy and you are delivering i guess 3 orders per hour, you could average $10-11.00, but in reality its a huge time waster and compensation Bogus... you as a driver are relying on a customer to tip you well, and with most credit card orders, you dont have no tips to take home. So I wait in a store for almost 8 hrs and my pay isn't even equal to $10 and the most deliveries i have are 1 PER hour, plus a lot of wait... think i could make more as a pizza driver, but im done with these types of deliveries and I Quit.

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
