Pros
Work-life balance is great - as long as you get your work done, there is a great level of flexibility for all those little things life throw at you (sick kids, appointments, etc)
Cons
Because it's a great company, many employees have been with the company for over 20 years - it's very hard to implement changes when "it's always be done this way, we forgot why, but it is" and takes a lot of effort for newcomers to be taken seriously and be promoted.
