Pros
Non-captive, thousands of products, excellent leadership and free leads. They have everything. Honestly, the only reason you would fail is because you didn't work. I love being my own boss.
Cons
Can take a little while to get going and start making money but after 6 months or so it's life changing if you just put in the work.
