Drive for long hours and long work days. No overtime is ever payed. Have to monitor your pay to make sure you don't get ripped off. Very poor work conditions for not much pay. Boss is a hothead who only cares about the job getting done. HR only looks out for the company not the employees. Most jobs have many health risks with no compensation. Trucks tend to be in poor condition. Union rep is useless and will not stick up for you.

Company Vehicle, Gas Card, Lap top, Cell Phone, ability to work from home not handcuffed to an office. lots of trade shows that help you get leads, company is on many TV home improvement shows.

Commission is based on profit of each job, crew screws up job you get no commission, lots of evenings and weekend, very low base salary, high turnover of installers.
