Pros

Most colleagues in London are very smart and driven. Projects are interesting, and you get a lot of freedom. Great place to learn when you just join the field and start your career.

Cons

Leadership is incompetent and bad for the company: they lack vision, are very disconnected from the workforce, are not transparent, the CFO is also the COO and has no idea about what advanced AI projects / products / tech people need to perform well. Also bad compensation for years compared to the market. A shame cause InstaDeep could have grown to a world-class top-AI company if managed better.
