Promising company, but a struggle the last few years - Manager Instant Group Employee Review

Lack of clear direction from leadership in the last few years, direction kept changing. This made it difficult to make any real progress which was very demotivating. Then they sold the company to IWG and half the staff were laid off. A horrible time. Not sure the company will exist for much longer to be honest.
