Micromanagement and low pay make for a toxic environment - Executive Operations Instarem Employee Review

For every branch in India it is - Poor salary only 22-25 k per annum, poor HR support(they will no support you at any issues), poor leave policy (you can't take any leave) ,Micro mangement (managers track you every moment of you) they will not give you any free time even to eat, no cafeteria, no cleaning staffs,you have to do everything including marketing even if you are in operations, every Saturday you work till 7 pm or 8 pm no half-day, the managers scream at you always, your salary slip will not generate on time, existing the organisation is very hard they will not give any approval easily so be carefull.
