Pros
Instec has its problems just like every other company, but you could never say that they don't give you opportunities to grow. If you really want it and work hard for it, they are able to see the potential. Instec used to have a lot of "cliques" but it has gotten much better in the last few years when some of the older managers left.

We have Insurity benefits now
