Pros

Learn to Network, Build, and Understand the fundamentals of sales, the environment is incredible for someone who is strong minded and open to communicating with others, door to door but you'll always be supported by your team members, everyone in the office is solution oriented and kind enough to help, Stacy Santos is an Incredible Manager who is patient with her employess

Cons

The pace can be overwhelming if underprepared, go in with a student mindset and always be willing to put your ego aside, work life balance gets harder the longer you stay but the money gets better

Pros

I've worked at Instep for about a year now, since day one here I've noticed the environment here has always been very friendly and "family like" - I love that because I come from a sad and evil corporate background. I love that everyone encourages one another. Every morning we start the day with an uplifting and encouraging meeting to get in the right mindset then continue to our daily work duties and end the day with a breakdown of our days. In just this past year of learned a lot about business development, management, and communication. I can honestly say I enjoy coming into work everyday - my coworkers, managers, and job duties make it a great place to work.

Cons

The office is in Ontario and I bought a house in Palm Springs, the commute was too much for me to handle since I always dreamt of living in PS. The hardest part about the job would probably have to be the fast paced environment, lots of deadlines that have to be meant but management does give you the resources needed in order to meet them.
