Great product, fun company, not so great communication and management - Marketing Instinct Employee Review

I came into this company at the height of the pandemic. The way they handled the pandemic, the positive cases, the time off was something all companies should look to for guidance. The management team is second to none....this truly is a "employee first" company.

The health insurance isn't the best.
