Great heritage - inventors of Electronic Trading Cutting edge technology - all in-house developed and maintained Great minds - skilled and intellectual, some really great people to work with Aligned with regulatory changes - all about execution, an unconflicted agency broker Focused strategy in each region Easy to build a reputation if you make the right decisions and get involved in the right places
Cons
Pay is on the lower end, can't keep up with bulge brackets Global CEO has no clear vision or strategy, down to the regional heads to make things work People in certain tech or back office roles will find no career progression... Mostly as turnover is so low!
